These adorable kittens were abandoned at London Road Veterinary Centre on Wednesday.
Melonie and the wonderful staff there are going to keep them until they are sure they are fit and healthy before re-homing with Cat's Protection in Downham Market.
Why would anyone do that to such beautiful little balls of fluff? You can find a link to the Cats Protection in Downham Market via our Lost and Found page here.

Today is my 8th Wedding Anniversary, I can’t quite believe where all that time has gone, it only seems like yesterday.
On the day my son stole the show, I’ll never forget that, little Jake aged 2 ½ was walking down aisle towards Jo & I with his mini version of my morning suit looking cute as anything when he trousers fell down, it was adorable, bless him, he had the registrar in tears. I’m sure he won’t find that funny when I tell any future girlfriends however.
Every year to celebrate I send my wife flowers that match her wedding bouquet and here they are!
Happy Wedding Anniversary Jo! XX

I've spent the day catching up with every school in West Norfolk to help their children become a King or Queen for a day!
The winners will be picked up from their house by KL.FM chauffer Ryan Smee. They will be taken to the KL.FM studios where Ryan will give both winners a studio tour.
As part of their Royal duties the winners will officially open the phone lines for KL.FM’s £1000 Minute and sit in on the Breakfast show until 9am.
The winners will then be taken to Castle Costumes, 36 Tower Street, King’s Lynn to receive some Royal regalia to wear for the day and to have their official picture taken.
Later in the day our winners will be taken on a tour of the grounds of Sandringham.

Last week KLFM AND I went EuroMillions crazy ahead of Friday's big draw and gave out hundreds of FREE tickets to passers by in the Vancouver Quarter with our "Super Trooper". It was great to meet so many listeners, some of the younger ones are pictured on the right.

Today I committed my monthly "Random Act of Kindness" with the Downham Country Garden Store. Sally contacted KL.FM to tell me about Pauline from Terrington St Clement who she felt was deserving of a lovely bunch of flowers “for being the centre of the family and holding all the pieces together during some very testing times.”
Hear what happened here...

A lot of people ask me what happens at KLFM when I'm not on air and do I just turn up at 2pm, play songs and then go home? If only! There is lot's to do before going “On-air” and it’s not all related to the show either. One of the off air activities for me involves creating some of the commercials you hear which occasionally are voiced by the clients themselves.
Have a listen to one of their adverts here.
Today we recorded the audio for June and July and here is the face behind the voice in action.

Today I spent the morning being filmed by BBC Look East for a news piece on the price of fuel and why I'm selling my house and car.
It was strange being filmed at in my front room, even stranger on the Norfolk Green Bus with a TV camera stuffed in my face for 20 minutes and almost normal to have it pointed at me whilst presenting the show.

Tim Lewis, Adam Newstead, my MD & I spent the evening at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London for the 2012 Sony Radio Awards in which we were nominated for UK Radio Station of the year!
Spice Girl, Mel C
Before we could enter the awards our tickets needed to be checked and for the VIP people there was the obligatory walk down the 'red carpet' which I took upon my self to do after a dare from Adam Newstead! It was great; I was “papped” by all of the nation’s newspapers, Sky News and MTV. However upon reaching the microphones groans of “Who on earth is he?" could be heard so I briskly walked back to my KL.FM team.
Our table was situated about 10 tables back from the stage giving us the impression that we had not won, but how wrong were we?! UK Radio Station of the Year was the 2nd award of the evening, when the time came Chris Evans introduced Alexandra Burke to reveal the winner...
WOW! We were all in complete shock, amazing and in front of legends such as Ronnie Wood, Sir Tom Jones, Tony Blackburn, Pat Sharp and hundreds more.
I've spent 14 years at KL.FM and this without a doubt was my proudest moment and one I'll never forget. I've always known KL.FM 96.7 is the best radio station and now it seems the whole of the UK does too!

Thanks to DH Harrods Coaches in Downham Market I was able to make two KLFM listeners very happy this week. Bailee Munson entered our One Direction competition to see them with coach travel thrown in and was a little excited when she came to KLFM to collect her tickets!
Hear her talk about her win.
