All this week on "Home-Time" It's my job to make Christmas wishes come true. It's without exaggeration that the Vancouver Quarter's "Lucky Letterbox" was well and truly bulging with deserving stories from listeners to KL.FM.
Choosing just five winners has been very tough, the 1st was picked today at 16:40. To hear how Janet in King's Lynn reacted when she learned that her letter had been selected and why her husband Tony deserved a treat, click the ‘play’ button above.
The Vancouver Quarter also granted a Christmas wish to Caitlyn Barber from Fairstead Primary School who asked simply to be a 'Rock Star". Listen to me tell her about her amazing prize just for writing to Santa's Lucky Letters below.
Caine aged 4 and a half posted a Christmas Wish to the Vancouver Quarter for his Nanny & Granddad. This is what happened when Tina who despite recently having breast cancer helped her mother-in-law who was diagnosed with lung cancer.
Alyssa is 8 years old and lost her father and grandfather recently yet her Christmas wish for others and not for herself, we turned the tables on her and gave her something very special!
Thanks to Beals, Downham Country Garden Store, Everybody's Hair & Beauty
I called Linda who made a wish for her daughter who has lost both her legs and has had a tough year all round and really needs something for herself

Today I was called to work early after Adam broke the rules and played back to back Christmas songs that were not on his playlist. I had to cover Tim between 10-2 while the show was discussed.

As you may know once again we had hundreds of wonderful presents donated to KL.FM's Toy Appeal this year at supermarkets all over West Norfolk & Wisbech and today Santa, his little helper and I delivered them to the Children’s Ward at the QE Hospital in Lynn and Scotties Little Soldiers too.
The children at Rudham Ward were so excited to see Santa and their eyes really sparkled on seeing the sack load of presents. We delivered enough prezzies for all children that may pass through the hospital up to and over Christmas thanks to your generosity..
After that we took the Hunters Land Rover to Scotties Little Soldiers were Nikki Scott it's founder received even more of your gifts for children whose parents have fallen whilst serving in the forces.
Santa, Nikki Scot, Brooke Scott & I
Big thanks today however to Book Life in King's Lynn who very kindly donated boxes and boxes of books to the appeal too. However I was well and truly stitched up!

For the past week I've been leading a double life! Before my show each morning I've been appearing in this year’s Christmas Show at the newly re-opened Princess Theatre in Hunstanton. The Elf That Saved Christmas runs till Thursday 27th December and is a musical Christmas story for the whole family; don't worry though I'm only in the school shows!
For a sneaky ‘behind the scenes’ peak of the show, watch the video below!
How did I get it so wrong? (-:

Over the past two weeks KL.FM have been touring towns in West Norfolk & Wisbech collecting toys for children who won’t be with their family at Christmas, not at home or unwell. I have been completely blown away by the generosity of listeners and other members of the public who have well and truly come up trumps with their kindness yet again this year. From the picture below you can see just how amazing this appeal has been, every single one of those presents equals a smile on a childs face and for that I cannot thank you enough!
These presents are being deliverd by Santa, Adam Newstead & I over the next couple of weeks to places including..
Oasis Centre, Wisbech
North Lynn Discovery Centre, King’s Lynn
Rudham Ward, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn
Scotty's Little Soldiers, and many more!
Please if you can think of a deserving home for our presents by all means email me and I’ll make sure it happens. EMAIL ME

Today the Light Dragoons from Robertson Barracks in Swanton Morley paraded through the centre of Dereham in their Homecoming Parade in front of thousands of cheering and waving people who lined the very chilly streets. The regiment only recently returned from a six-month tour of Helmand Province in Afghanistan.
Watch the video below to see a little more from the morning. Then listen to KLFM between 2pm and 7pm today to hear interviews with the soldiers, their families and members of the crowd.
