Please take just 2 minutes to watch this video of 6 year old Ellie Rose below who is a very special girl. What she is about to do for her little sister is amazing, even more so as it's all her idea.
Amelia has very rare and complex condition called congenital hyperinsulinusm. It means she is prone to severe and persistent hypoglycaemia which is managed by daily blood sugar testing, injections and
The condition gets no funding and this is where you might be able to help her amzing big Sister Ellie-Rose.
Ellie has set herself a challenge to walk 5 miles with her sister to raise an ambitious target of £2000 and if you would like to, please make a donation via the link below.

Things got very messy for Simon Cowell at the live final of Britain's Got Talent last night!
A backing musician for Richard and Adam hurled eggs at the judge while the duo were performing, she was allowed to throw at least half a dozen before security dragged her away.
If you missed the moment that everyone is talking about, fear not, it's below. Thanks to Carl at Island FM for this.

On Thursday at took my Dad to see Sir Cliff Richard at Blickling Hall, to be honest I was excited about the day but only for my Dad's sake as he always used to sing Cliff songs on the Karaoke machine in our pub all the time. Our seats were directly in front of the stage, perfect to see Sir Cliff "rock n roll" for 90 minutes. The man is 72 and pranced around like someone half is age, he was full of energy, very entertaining and had the crowd of mostly Grandparents bopping, singing and dancing all night. The Atmosphere was amazing and to my surprise I really, really enjoyed him too. Before the main event however the 8,000 strong crowd were treated to a group of amazing women, billed as the ‘protectors of the protectors’ The Military Wives from RAF Marham warmed the crowd up with their beautiful voices.
I recorded just a very small snippet which you can watch below, they too were amazing!
