Russell’s International Circus is in West Winch right now and today they invited me to the big top to learn some circus skills, the only piece of advice they gave was "Don't break the plates!".

Congratulations to everyone at Gaywood Community Primary School in King's Lynn who yesterday after a very long installation progress created a TV show in their brand new TV and radio studio. The show below is especially for year six children to learn about moving up to 'BIG' school.
Special guests included Holly Rowe, my little girl, who's not so little any more and her friend Harry Tipple. I'm so proud of her for this and also think the whole thing is an amazing idea to help worried children when it comes to leaving the only school they've ever know at the end of the school year.
Thanks to Mr Shanks at Gaywood Community Primary and well done to Springwood High too!

Whilst delivering doughnuts and looking for West Norfolk's biggest sick note I bumped into not one but two celebrities in on the Saddlebow Industrial Estate! Ed Sheeran was working under a bus and Paul O'Grady in an office; he even made me an orange squash!
Check out my brush with the stars below!
Big hello to these guys too who too time out to enjoy some of my goodies!

Earlier this month KL.FM spent a day behind the scenes at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn. The hospital has 515 beds and the employs around 2400 staff plus around 100 volunteers, making it the biggest single employer in the town.
Ryan Taylor and I broadcast our shows from the wards and met some of the amazing people who make the hospital tick and to who working at the QE is much more than just a job.
Have a listen to our interviews below and learn a little more about what really happens at the QE.

Guys, I need your help to help this doggie find a loving home! Please read the email I recieved below and see if you can find it in your heart to have him in your home... THANKS!
Bit of info for you below but basically, his old owner couldn’t keep him as he is dying with cancer, the owner had cancer in the lungs and brain, so was very confused and not looking after the dog properly, nor himself. He was then hospitalised and love him, King lived a week on his own!! With someone popping in once daily for walk and feed!
The old man’s family tried to rehome him but no one wanted him, all rescue places full, they all live in Yorkshire, I know them through work and said bring him to me (in Norfolk) if not they were going to have him put down. I have had him three weeks tomorrow, he is no trouble; walks great on the lead, hasn’t damaged anything in the house, toilet trained, very loving and loyal to me and all who come into contact with him, he takes real comfort from people and loves to be part of everything you do! He only has one downside, he is not keen on other dogs or cats, so needs to be in a home where he is the only pet, if this wasn’t the case we would keep him! I have four dogs and two cats though.
He is 8 and my main aim is to find him a forever home where he can have the love and companionship he deserves – thanks for all your help!
PLEASE IF YOU CAN HELP CALL KAYE IN 07791 023201
