5,000 more listeners

RAJAR stands for Radio Joint Audience Research and every three months every single radio station in the UK is sent the results of the previous three months research, today was that day. RAJAR day at any radio station is always a very nervous time and during my time I’ve enjoyed the highs and lows 56 times! Today's RAJAR fell in to the very happy category, we added a further 5,000 listeners.
Have you have ever wondered how many people actually tune in to KL.FM each week?
Follow these simple steps to get some idea of how many people tune in:
- The best way to describe it would be to grab the BT telephone directory for King's Lynn & West Norfolk.
- Do the same for Wisbech.
- Get the Swaffham directory too.
- Then get a highlighter pen.
- Then on EVERY single page of EVERY telephone book highlight EVERY 3rd person on EVERY page.
That is pretty much the amount of people listening to KL.FM, not including those who are ex-directory of course!
