Jive Survivors is a self supporting non profit making club dedicated to providing an opportunity to learn and dance modern Jive (the easiest partner dancing you will ever try) in North West Norfolk. We meet every Sunday at 7.30pm in the William Burt Centre in West Winch. There is always a beginner lesson with an Intermediate lesson most weeks (there is no intermediate lesson on the freestyle dance nights which happen approximately once a month) Entry is £5.00 per person. Partners are not required.

King’s Lynn Embroiderers’ Guild
summer exhibition at Lynn Museum
An exhibition of beautiful embroidery and textiles is on show in the Lynn Museum this summer.
The work of the King’s Lynn Embroiderers’ Guild, the displays include hand and machine embroidery, felting, appliqué, silk work, beading, quilting, patchwork, needle lace, stumpwork, rag rugging and wire work.
Members of the Guild are also working in the museum, showing examples of their textile work and allowing the public to ‘have a go’ themselves.
The exhibition is now open in the Lynn Museum, Market Street, King’s Lynn, and runs until 21st August.
Normal museum admission charges apply: adults £3.30; concessions £2.80; and children £1.80.
