Shining Stars Awards 2012

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust relies on the skills, dedication and passion of all its staff and volunteers to provide the highest quality of care for patients and support for their families. We think of everyone as stars and we are grateful for their constant dedication. However, there are individuals and teams who are truly ‘shining stars’ who demonstrate excellence on a daily basis. They deserve special recognition for their outstanding contribution and this is your opportunity to help us recognise them.

• The Lynn News People’s Choice Award

For the team or individual that in the eyes of our patients and their families have provided an exceptionally high standard of care, and have exemplified the culture and values of the QEH.

• The KLFM Volunteer of the Year Award

To recognise the dedication and hard work of our highly valued volunteers, who through their individual or group efforts have made a positive difference for patients and/or their families.
