6:08am 12th November 2014
The son of Norfolk Police and Crime Commissioner Stephen Bett is to be charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Henry Bett, who's 26, and of Hall Lane in Thornham, will appear at King's Lynn Magistrates Court on the 10th December.
The charge relates to a crash he was involved in at Castle Acre in December last year, between a tractor and a Fiat people carrier.
The female driver of the car died at the scene.
Essex Constabulary has carried out the independent investigation into the incident due to it's nature.
In a statement the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner has said that the issue is a private matter for Stephen Bett, and that it won't be commenting further.
