"I have never been so scared in my life." -Mugging Victim

The victim of a mugger in King's Lynn has told KLFM she was paralysed with fear when her attacker returned, minutes after stealing her purse.
Katie Boofer was walking home from a friend's house late on Friday night was she was attacked from behind, pushed to ground, and punched in the face.
The man ran off, but then bizarrely came back to return the purse after emptying it of money.
“At first when the actual mugging was happening, it was more adrenaline because I couldn’t believe it was happening. You always hear about stories like that but you never think it will happen to you. Then when he came back it was terrifying. He had my purse, what else could he want?”
Katie says that was when she really panicked:
“I think I froze more than anything. I had my phone in one hand, ringing 999, and then I had the guy come back at me, and it was horrifying, absolutely horrifying. I have never been so scared in my life.”
Anyone who has any information about the crime is being asked to call 101.
