A West Norfolk charity is claiming that changes to benefits have forced an unprecendented amount of people to come to them for food.
King's Lynn Foodbank help families and individuals who are struggling.
It comes as Oxfam claim more than half a million people in Britain are being forced to turn to food banks to feed their families.
Mark Willets is part of the Foodbank team and says demand is continuing to increase.
"In January we fed 176 people, and in March that went up to 242 - that's 1.5 tonnes of food!"
But he's praised local people who are continuing to give food to them to give out.
"At a time where things are hard for a lot of people, people are still giving generously and sacrificially to help out others near by who are in a crisis situation."
If you can donate food or other goods then please contact the Food Bank which is based at the Purfleet Trust.
