Talk to the Animals

25th April 2012

Have you ever wished your pet understood what you were saying to them?  If they were able to understand English for just five minutes what would you tell them?

Thanks for the massive response on this - some of the best answers are listed on the right.

If you have anymore suggestions please tweet me @simonrowe

Nic & Mike

Tell the dog to stop weeing on the fridge! Beans has become an avid fridge assassin. He wees right where you stand to open the door!

Kirstie

Stop meowing at me at 6am!

Denise

I would tell my chicken to stop cleaning herself in the potato patch because they just wont grow.

Lucy

To the goldfish “Why are you so smitten by that figurine shark in your tank?”

Becky

I'd teach the dog how to let themselves in and out for the toilet - and tell him how much we love him of course!

Tracey Howard

I'd train my rabbit to clean herself out, lay new bedding and help herself get her own food and water!

Ian the Cabbie

To Roxy the Pug “Can u see a ghost up the stairs is that why u bark when nobody's up there? “

Norfolk Wren

I would ask my rescue cat what happened in the first 2 months of her life to make her so scared & reassure her she is now safe.
