Highly qualified and very experienced she has studied in Crossfit, Olympic Lifting, kettlebells, suspension training, BODYCOMBATTM, BODYPUMPTM, Spin and many more. 

Kelly is very specialist in water skiing and competes herself, currently representing Team GB! 12 years working within coaching she has worked with beginners to top level athletes. As an athlete herself she is very focused, driven and gives 100%. She will get the best out of you and take your training to the next level.

Tom is a Personal Trainer at Heros Fitness. 

Specialising in bodybuilding training and group fitness as well as being trained in BODYPUMPTM, CXWORXTM, Spin, PowerWaveTM and at only 19 years old, Tom is one of the youngest Les Mills instructors in the country. 

Tom has always had a passion for the fitness industry, he is highly motivated and driven. Whether you would like to shed a few pounds or gain some muscle he is determined to help you achieve your goals, keeping sessions fun and enjoyable to help you stay focused!

Sarah is a Personal Trainer at Heros Fitness. 

Newly qualified but highly enthusiastic. Sarah has years of experience behind her in various fitness fields from running, to martial arts, to the gym. 

Qualified in both Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, she’s also qualified and very knowledgeable in Advanced Nutrition, Metabolic Resistance Conditioning, Gym Based Boxing with Indoor Cycling and Postural Analysis coming soon.

She’s also a qualified Leader in Running Fitness so can take you through your paces there.
