The Holkham Hall date for the Status Quo Tour will go ahead as planned.

Quo's Rick Parfitt is recovering from surgery to correct a heart problem after falling ill during the band's European tour.

The guitarist was flown home from Croatia this week and treated at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London.

Six shows had to be cancelled but the band's manager says gigs in Nottinghamshire and Norfolk later this month will go ahead as planned.
