Norfolk's House Prices Stuck in 2008

We keep being told the housing market is on the rise, but here in Norfolk, that doesn't seem to be the case.

New figures show that across our county since 2008, the average price has only gone up 0.3%

The average cost of a house is just over £215,000.

But the figure is just an average - and Norfolk does have huge variation from the “Chelsea on Sea” prices of the North Norfolk Coast to much lower prices seen in places like Great Yarmouth.
