The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn say they are ready for the threat of a norovirus outbreak.
The hospital has already had to temporarily close the Terrington ward earlier this month due to the virus.
Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer Dorothy Hosein says they're taking steps to try and prevent an outbreak.
"In terms of Norovirus, it does look like this year is going to be a bad one - it has started early. We've got a specialist in infection control who's come in to do some work with us. We've got to make sure that when Norovirus comes in, which it will, that we contain it quickly and that we don't have closure of our wards."
