Ely junction upgrade in doubt

Plans to upgrade the rail junction at Ely North have been cast into doubt this lunchtime - parts of a 38-billion pound plan to upgrade Britain's railway network have been put on hold.
It's because some of the projects being carried out by Network Rail are 'costing more and taking longer' than they should.
It could mean a delay in introducing 2 trains an hour from West Norfolk to King's Cross.
