"We're not listened to" says West Norfolk disability group

A row is brewing between an action group representing disabled people and the West Norfolk Borough Council.
The West Norfolk Disability Forum say they might as well disband - as they're never listened to.
The surprising comments came from the group at a meeting with the borough council earlier this week.
Councillor Tony Bubb, chairman of the forum said;
"I don't think the council take us all that seriously, unfortunately.
Why they then come along and ask us what we think, suppose they do it just to tick a box.
It's a shame as we've got lots of imput to make, if only we were listened."
Council leader Brian Long says they'll now look at the effectiveness of the forum to see if they need to re-think how to engage with the disabled community.
