Wisbech woman involved in fatal crash named

A woman who died in a fatal car crash near Wisbech has been named.

Jade Green died when the Vauxhall Astra she was driving collided with a Ford Transit yesterday (9th Nov) at around 7:10am.

The 24-year-old from Wisbech was pronounced dead at the scene on Black Drove off the A47.

Her family said:

"Jade was a much loved sister and daughter. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her."

Two passengers in Jade's car were airlifted to Addenbrooke Hospital where they're in a critical but stable condition.

The van driver suffered minor injuries and police are looking for a fourth person who was involved in the crash.

Officers think he left the scene and is described as white, in his 20s, with dark curly hair and a beard.

Anyone with information about the collision or the man's identity is asked to call the Road Policing Unit on 101 quoting incident 73 of 9 November.
