Police appeal after fatal Fenland crash

Police are appealing for help after a man died in a fatal head-on crash in Fenland.

He was travelling on the A141 at Guyhirn when he collided with a van going the other way.

Cambridgeshire Police have told KLFM it happened at 11:25pm on Saturday (14th April).

The victim in his 50s was in a blue Volkswagen Golf and the van was a yellow Ford Transit van.

Sadly the man died at the scene, which was 300 metres east of the junction with the A605.

The driver of the van - also in his 50s - has been left with serious injuries.

Officers are now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
