This West Norfolk Village has already lost so much but they won't stand for this.

A final push is being launched today to make sure the Crown Inn in Northwold stays open.

Campaigners are bidding to keep it going in the community.

They've raised £170,000 but need £325,000 to put in a successful bid for the property.

Chairman of the Save the Crown group said Mark Vanderstay:

“The amount of interest in the village for saving the pub is overwhelming, and its heart-warming to see so many interested in saving it for the community now and those who follow."
