You'll end up looking like an abstract work of art, but it's all for a good cause.

Hunstanton Heritage Gardens is going to host The Colour Dash to raise money for EACH (East Anglia's Children's Hospices)

EACH supports families and cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

Here's how a similar event went in Huntington

You can run, jog or walk the two mile route while paint pirates throw powder paint at you at stations along the way.

Don't worry the paint is water soluble and should come out in the wash its also non-toxic, 100% safe and biodegradable.

Emma Benstead, Events Fundraiser for EACH, said:

"We're very excited to be bringing a splash of colour to Hunstanton this year and thank the borough council for its support.

"There's no competitive aspect, so you can run, jog or walk the course - just be prepared to get covered in coloured powder paint. It creates truly impressive, multi-coloured results!"

Find out how you can get involved on EACH's website.
