Horse found passed out after attack in Pentney

This poor horse was found passed out and shaking after the attack in Pentney.

Someone had left her with severe cuts to her legs on land off Abbey Road last Thursday (5th July).

It took her owner two hours to stop the bleeding.

Norfolk Police have told KlFM that they believe it happened between 4pm and 5:30pm.

Thankfully the vet who treated the 3-year-old horse has said she is going to be fine.

This was why the bleeding took so long to stop

Enquiries are continuing to find out who did this and why it happened to this defenseless animal.

Officers are looking for witnesses to call 101 if they saw anything suspicious in the area.
