Car pulled out of Outwell river

A car was pulled out of a river near Outwell.

Norfolk Fire and Rescue crews were called to the scene yesterday at around 8am (24th Nov).

It happened on B1122 near Outwell.

Appliances from Downham Market and the Water Rescue team from Dereham were brought in to get the car out of the water.

They were joined by crews at Wisbech too.

The scene was then made safe and the vehicle was secured.
