Train fares set to rise again

Not the start to the New Year many West Norfolk train commuters wanted.

Today (2nd) fares on England's railways is going up on average by 3.1%.

That's despite services running at a 13 year low for punctuality/


great northern services were severely affected by timetable changes in 2018


Lots of season tickets will be going up by more than £100 as well.

But the group representing operators says the money's being used to build a better railway.

However lots of West Norfolk commuters have not been happy with the service they've received in 2018.
