Man arrested over knife point robberies

A man has been arrested in connection to two knifepoint robberies in King’s Lynn and Downham Market.

The suspect a man in his 20's was found in London and will be brought back to Norfolk for questioning. 

Police were called to JD Sports in Lynn High Street at around 10am today after a man entered the store and threatened a woman who works there with a knife before stealing trainers, gloves and clothing.



Officers were then called to a second incident shortly before 10.30am at Lynn Road in Downham Market where a car was stolen during a knifepoint robbery.
