Broken down vehicle causing traffic problems near QE

A broken down vehicle is causing traffic problems near the QE.

Norfolk Police are on the scene helping drivers get by the incident at the roundabout by the hospital.

Officers spotted the vehicle on the A149 at around 8:15am this morning.

They've told KLFM the RAC is expected on the scene in about 20 minutes.
