The West Norfolk community is really pulling together to try and give Heather her last chance.

And that includes Southery ASA FC.

Players will donate their match fees from today's game to try and get the mum of four to America for lifesaving treatment.

Heather Bellamy has been battling acute myeloid leukaemia for four years but her body has rejected her two stem cell transplants.

Her body has rejected two stem cell transplants meaning there is nothing more the NHS can do for her.

Her only option is treatment in America to get the advanced and specialist care out there.

But that comes at a huge cost that her family simply can't afford.

The treatment roughly costs $25,000 a month and they need to cover the travel, accommodation and other costs as well.

Her niece Jenny Williams set up a fundraising page to get her there and spoke to KLFM News Editor Chris Craddock:

You can support the family on their donation page.
