Teen girl attacks police officer in Swaffham

A teenage girl attacked police and a man was arrested for indecent exposure in Swaffham.

It all happened in the town yesterday (13th March) when officers were called to Lynn Road at around 1:30pm.

They were during with a report of criminal damage when an officer was attacked.

That's when the youngster was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and assaulting a police officer.

She was later released under investigation whilst enquiries are ongoing.

Another teenage girl was also arrested but she's been released with no further action to be taken.

Then Breckland Police were called to London Street at around 4:45pm.

That's where they arrested the man in his 50s after the incident on London Street.

He has since been released from custody but remains under investigation whilst the enquiry continues.
