This driver had several reasons not to get behind the wheel in King's Lynn.

Unfortunately, not having insurance, and being disqualified didn't stop them.

The driver was arrested after they also failed a roadside drug wipe and was found to be in possession of cannabis.

Their vehicle was seized for being driven without insurance.
