Five deserts on five different continents and 500 kilometres later he's done it!

Jon from Walpole Cross Keys has finished his huge fundraising challenge.

He's endured temperatures that melted his walking boots all to raise money for The Big C Charity in King's Lynn.

Jon lost his dad to cancer and he told KLFM this helped him deal with the pain:

"By the time I had finished the previous trek in the Wadi Rum in Jordan - I felt like I had grieved for dad.

"So when I got to America all I had in front of me was the desert but in some respects it was the hardest.

"I don't think I'll ever stop grieving - you just learn to control and not let it define you.

"He will always be with me and he was with me through every step in the deserts."

Jon has raised nearly £4,000 for The Big C Charity.
