Don't be caught out by this council tax scam targeting people in Fenland.

Text told a resident was told she was owed a refund and she needed to fill out a link.

But Fenland District Council say they will never contact you like this over a refund.

The local authority says they would write to you directly if you're owned a refund.

They're asking us to be aware of this scam.
