It's the election a lot of us thought would never happen but we now have seven new MEPs.

It wasn't a good night nationally for the Torys and Labour and that's reflected here in the East of England.

We now have just one Conservative representative and no Labour.

The newly formed Brexit Party proved popular in our region winning three seats.

The Lib Dems also did well with two seats.

The Green Party also won a seat.
