Five weeks of roadworks have been announced in King's Lynn.
The work will improve the condition of the pavement on Queen Elizabeth Avenue.
Temporary traffic lights will begin on or soon after 22nd July to try and minimise the disruption to drivers.
The work has been scheduled for the school holidays so parents and children aren't affected when they're going to class.
It will be carried out in sections, which will be cordoned off when the work is taking place.
The work will cost £50,000 and will be carried out by Norfolk County Council's Community and Environmental Services Department and their contractors.
The local authority is thanking the public for their patience while the work is carried out.
