Norfolk Police carried out the stops as part of the Roads Policing Action Day.
#RCRTWest have just stopped this vehicle in #Swaffham. The passenger was supervising a ‘L’ driver and was seen using their phone. Whilst supervising you need to be watching for hazards and in a position to take control of the car at anytime. #TOR issued. #PC880 #PC1132 pic.twitter.com/BnsRAqLX6f
