Iceland in King's Lynn will be closing it's doors in the New Year.

They have been trading in King's Lynn for 30 years and spokesperson has said they are "very grateful" to their "loyal" customers.

It will close on the 18th of January 2020 once their lease is up.

They will transfer the home delivery service to The Food Warehouse Store

A spokesperson for the store said:

"We are currently undertaking a consultation with our 18 colleagues at the store.

We will be able to offer some of them positions at our The Food Warehouse store on Hardwick Retail Park in King’s Lynn, to which we will be transferring the home delivery service and online order picking currently undertaken at the Iceland store, and we hope that others may be able to take up positions at other Iceland stores in Norfolk.

"Iceland has been trading in King’s Lynn for at least 30 years and we are naturally very grateful to our many loyal customers in the town for their support. We hope that we may be able to continue to serve them at our The Food Warehouse store."
