You're still young enough.

That's the message from Norfolk County Council as they're encouraging over 55's to starts their New Year's health kick a little early.

They're holding events across the county as part of their Healthy Ageing Roadshow.

It'll be popping up in libraries throughout December with information and advice to get you up and moving.

It'll be coming to King's Lynn Library at 1pm until 3pm on Monday (16th December).

There will be representatives from organisations providing a wide range of activities from walking to cycling and even boxing.

There's also your chance to win an early Christmas present...a Fitbit.

In the New Year, it'll be at Dereham on the 17th of January.
