Two drink drivers were caught in Norfolk over the weekend.

One was arrested after crashing while more than four times the legal alcohol limit in King's Lynn on Sunday (15th Dec).

No-one was injured in the incident which happened on Wootton Road.

The driver blew 147ugs at the roadside, the legal limit is 35.

Five hours later in custody, they provided an evidential sample of 130ugs which is still nearly four times the drink-drive limit.

Elsewhere another driver was found to be almost three times the limit after being pulled over in Dereham.

Police said on Twitter they were alerted to the driver by a member of the public.

They blew 101ugs at the roadside.
